HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After an order has been placed, it is dispatched as soon as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, where your item will be posted.
A tracking number is sent to you a few days after your order, with which you can check the status of your order on the sites dedicated to this in your country of reference. 

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

Delivery time to Europe: 6 to 9 working days.
Delivery time to North America (Canada and USA): 14-18 business days.
Delivery time to Africa, South America and Asia: 14 to 18 working days. 

HOW TO ORDER ?

Simply choose your items from the drop-down menu on the product page and click the "Add to Cart" button, then follow the steps to complete your order. We will prepare it and send you a confirmation email when your package is sent!

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card. You can also pay by Paypal.
For payment with an Aurore card, Bank Card, Maestro and other debit card you must make the payment through Paypal even if you do not have an account
To do this, simply select "Buy with Paypal" on the Shopping Cart page. You can then select "Pay with Credit Card or Visa Debit Card" on the next page. Then you enter your country (France), and in the card type you can select your card
